Shipping policy

“Ready to Ship” items will be mailed out within 5-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of your order date. 

“Made to Order” items require a minimum of 8-10 weeks to be made + fulfilled, plus shipping time. We do not process refunds or returns for “Made to Order” items that are fulfilled as required.

Shipping times are estimated, dependent on the postal system, and not guaranteed. Tracking numbers are provided when your order is fulfilled and your package has been shipped out. Queer Babe Pottery is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed during transit, or misdelivered by mail services. All packages are insured for the cost of the items inside; if an item is lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered during transit, refunds will ONLY be issued via package insurance. All items are handmade and one of a kind; if pieces are lost or damaged, we cannot guarantee the possibility of a replacement. Contact us via email for help with lost, damaged, or delayed orders.
