Order Fulfillment + Shipping:

“Ready to Ship” items will be mailed out within 5-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of your order date. 

Shipping times will vary and are dependent on the postal system. Tracking numbers are provided when your order is fulfilled and your package has been shipped out. QBP is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed during transit or misdelivered by mail services. All packages are insured for the cost of the items inside; if an item is lost, delayed, or misdelivered during transit, refunds will only be issued via package insurance.
