Extraordinary Bird was born out of a fascination with the chemistry of fragrance and a desire to create natural, realistic botanical aromas reminiscent of the plants you might find in your garden or on a walk in the woods. These candles use scents made from essential oils and select perfume-grade fragrance oils, and using biodegradable soy wax derived from US grown soybeans. They are vegan and cruelty free, and contain no known organ or acute toxins, phthalates, or ingredients on the California Prop 65 list.

To ensure an optimum candle experience, trim the wick to about 1/4” before lighting. To achieve maximum scent throw and prevent tunneling, allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the candle vessel with each burn.

These vessels are meant to be cleaned, kept, and reused for whatever your heart desires! Properly cleaned ceramic vessels are food + dishwasher safe. Microwaving this item is not recommended as it may become hot to the touch.

***Please note that during extreme heat, these delicate soy wax candles may experience surface-melt or sweat in shipping. These blemishes are purely cosmetic and will not effect your candle’s burn quality. We are unable to replace or refund candles superficially impacted by heat during shipping.***

Shipping times will vary, and are dependent on the postal system. Tracking numbers are provided when your order is fulfilled and your package has been shipped out. QBP is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed during transit, or misdelivered by mail services. All packages are insured for the cost of the items inside; if an item is lost, delayed, or misdelivered during transit, refunds will only be issued via package insurance.
